New York City Trip

Duration: Long Weekend – Friday thru Monday

Cost: $850/person plus varying travel expense (i.e., bus vs. flight)

Room/Board: Hotel, with some meals provided.

Experience:

Feel what scores of believers from our local congregations have experienced over the last several years and fellowship with the melting pot of believers and unbelievers in the Bronx, and our nation’s largest, most ethnically diverse city. You will meet and work with the joyful, thankful believers at Brooklyn Tabernacle, restocking their food pantries and hearing how God has worked mighty miracles in their lives and in their city. You will then street-evangelize, sharing the Gospel on local street corners and parks, hearing the stories of pain, hopelessness, and desperation as well as the accounts of miracles, restoration, and rebirth. You will visit NYC landmarks like Times Square, the 911 Memorial & Museum and the Brooklyn Bridge. This spiritually rich and culturally challenging trip will impact you and your family for a lifetime.

Itinerary:

Friday Travel day (either via MFB truck, personal vehicle, or flight to NYC)

Saturday Meet NYC staff, restock food pantry, visit NYC sites

Sunday Worship Services, Fellowship, Street Evangelizing, 911 Memorial
